To celebrate finally owning a classic Chanel 2.55, in true dessert queen style, I had a bespoke cake made…a cake replica of my little stunner.
There is the most fabulous little cake boutique in Solihull, Bitten, set up by a dear and super talented school friend. Through twitter (@bittencakes), instagram and the Bitten facebook page, I noticed Siobhian had made chanel bag cakes before, along with some other spectacular one-off creations. So, of course, I knew she was THE LAY-DEE to go to, also earlier this year I ordered a wedding anniversary cake from Bitten for my fussy husband (and he LOVED it).
Here are some pictures of my super thick, rich chocolate sponge and buttercream ‘Chanel’ cake.
Try not to salivate.He he.
(Yes, I really did eat this much as soon as it was delivered to me! I could have easily ate the whole cake, so more-ish).
