To vlog or not to vlog?

Well, hello there mon amies.

I thought it’s only fair I update my trusty, loyal readers who have been with me since the beginning of my whereabouts lately (especially after receiving some wonderful, thoughtful emails). The truth is, I have SO much to write (or talk) about but since being in Dubai, I just haven’t dedicated the time to blog. Since my last blog, I went back home to England, then on holiday to the South of France and then back in England for work.

Dubai reminds me so much of NYC and LA, it’s a city which never sleeps where even the malls close at 1am (I can even have my dry cleaning and ironing delivered at any time). Whether it’s a new restaurant launch or a press event, there is always something to do or someone to meet in this buzzing, vibrant city. I find myself so immersed in this new way of life that I haven’t quite figured out how to manage the time to update my blog.

Work is also crazy, I have never been so busy and I find myself taking more on because I love it!(I am also learning French and want to begin learning Arabic, in shaa Allah). It just means that my little  ol’ blog gets neglected. So, I have been entertaining the idea of vlogging, and I don’t mean the professionally-edited-could-be-a-Hollywood-movie kind of vlog (which are bloody amazing), just a simple vlog a la Lisa Eldridge style. It would be easier to talk to you guys on a regular basis but I don’t know if vlogging is for me, I must admit, I don’t even watch vlogs myself, I lose interest after 2 minutes but it would be easier to manage that’s for sure.

So, the big question is…to vlog or not to vlog? Feel free to send answers on a postcard (kidding) or just comment below.

I’ll be back tomorrow with my list of things you need to know about Dubai.
